Goods are returned at the customers cost and risk. Goods must be returned to us in perfect condition in the original packaging, the packaging must be undamaged and unmarked and include any instructions, accessories or fixings if applicable, the goods must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase.
We aim to refund returns within 7-14 days from when we receive your returned goods. Any carriage charges incurred on your original delivery will not be refunded.
Reasons for non refunded items
If goods are returned without priory approval.
If goods are not in perfect re-saleable condition.
The packaging is marked or damaged.
Goods are returned or received back to us after 30 days.
If goods do not meet the refund criteria we will return them to you with a pre payable carriage charge.
Please contact us as soon as you become aware that that the item has developed a fault. As long as the product is within the manufacturer's warranty period we will replace or refund the product as per the manufactures terms.
